What You'll Do

Content Management :

• Build monthly content calendars based on what works on different social handles
• Coordinate with internal teams and manage agencies for content creation that is in line with the brand personalities
• Spot trends on social media and incorporate them in content keeping the brand personalities in mind
• Position every single product with a distinct campaign in line with the brand personality
• Should be able to shoot content and able to execute
  
  

Performance Analysis

• Map follower growth on Instagram and LinkedIn
• Analyse insights of high performing content pieces with organic engagement
• Analyse engagement data and prepare monthly analysis reports
  
  

Community Building

• Map follower growth on Instagram and LinkedIn

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in journalism or relevant field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in social media
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Self Motivated
• Digital Savvy
