Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Expert at Innovist in Gurugram. The Product Expert will be responsible for utilizing their analytical skills to support product specialists, communicate effectively with internal teams and customers, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to product management.

Qualifications

• Product Management and Product Specialist skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of product development processes
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Biotechnology, Microbiology, Business, Marketing, or Product Management
• Previous experience in personal care industry is a plus
