Job Title: B2B Supply Chain Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Promptly resolve customer escalations, maintain detailed logs, and analyze trends to enhance processes.
• Collaborate with the growth team to ensure SKU alignment and updates; analyze sales data for effective SKU optimization.
• Audit the Order Management System (OMS) for discrepancies, ensure data accuracy, and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain system hygiene.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions for data analysis, reporting, and maintaining operational insights.
• Manage orders using Uniware OMS, train team members on its use, and address any related issues.
• Coordinate with the influencer marketing team to plan campaigns, ensure timely execution, and track performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Proven experience in managing D2C escalations.
• Strong skills in SKU alignment and coordination with D2C growth teams.
• Expertise in maintaining OMS hygiene and accuracy.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions.
• In-depth knowledge of the Uniware OMS tool.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with influencer marketing teams for campaign execution.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
