Job Description:

The Accounts Executive plays a crucial role in managing financial transactions, analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This position requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and proficiency in accounting software Tally.

Responsibilities:

•Manage day-to-day financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

•Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents accurately and in a timely manner.

•Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.

•Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements.

•Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

•Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.

•Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations.

•Assist with audits and tax filings as needed.

•Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external parties regarding financial matters.

•Participate in financial planning and analysis activities to support business goals and objectives.

Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

•Minimum2-4 Year of experience in related field.

•Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

•Proficiency in accounting software tally.

•Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

•Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
