About the Role

Vitraag Collective is building technology, healthcare, and community initiatives across Maharashtra. We are looking for a high-agency Operations Lead who enjoys solving problems, launching projects, and making things happen.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in ambiguity and can turn ideas into execution. You'll work across startups, operations, partnerships, community building, and selected founder's office responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Build New Ventures. Help launch products such as TimeLens for Nashik Kumbh and other local initiatives. Coordinate research, testing, vendors, developers, and product launches. Build AI-powered workflows and operational systems.

Grow Healthcare Initiatives. Recruit dermatologists and clinical partners for DermaLens. Coordinate pilots, meetings, partnerships, and follow-up.

Scout Talent and Opportunities. Identify promising founders, engineers, students, researchers, and local businesses. Build relationships with colleges, hospitals, incubators, and industry. Evaluate new ideas and prepare concise opportunity briefs.

Operations. Coordinate vendors, logistics, purchases, documentation, events, and special projects. Support local founder's office and family office operations with professionalism and discretion. Organize projects ranging from household asset sales to community events and business initiatives.

Keep Things Moving. Track priorities, budgets, and action items. Research unfamiliar problems and recommend solutions. Follow through until work is completed. Provide concise weekly updates.

We're Looking For: high ownership and initiative, excellent organizational skills, strong communication in English (Hindi and Marathi are a plus), comfort with AI tools and modern software, curiosity about startups, technology, healthcare, and entrepreneurship, and honesty, dependability, and willingness to travel within Maharashtra.

Technical expertise is helpful but not required. We value resourcefulness, judgment, and execution above credentials.

First Six Months: you will help launch new products and pilots, recruit healthcare and startup partners, build a network of entrepreneurs across Maharashtra, improve operational systems for Vitraag Collective, and deliver projects independently with minimal supervision.

Hiring Process: application and resume, a short introductory video, a practical interview, a paid one to two week project, and a three-month trial period.
