About Insify
We are a start-up offering an end-to-end digital insurance platform focussing solely on European entrepreneurs and SMEs. We offer the best insurance to our customers thanks to our focus on user experience, our leading underwriting services, and our expertise in data. In short, we’ve made getting insured quick, transparent and simple.
We know how to innovate - our team of seasoned entrepreneurs has built a host of successful businesses in fintech and e-commerce (HelloFresh, Bloomon and SumUp to name a few!).We’ve already raised over €25M in funding from leading investors (Accel Ventures, Frontline Ventures, Visionaries Club, Nico Rosberg, etc.), who love what we do and see the potential for a revolution in digital insurance.
We started our journey in the Netherlands and with our mission to make business insurance fast, simple and fair we have been able to have a significant impact on that market. Since last year we also serve customers in France and Germany, and are rapidly expanding across the rest of Europe!
How we work
At Insify, we’re building more than just an insurance company—we’re creating a culture that’s bold, caring, and built to make a real difference. Everything we do is driven by our core values: grit, impact, care, and entrepreneurship.
We show up with passion and perseverance. We solve real problems and put people first—especially our customers. And we’re always looking for smarter, faster, more human ways to do things.
That’s also why we’ve chosen a pro-office approach. We believe that working together, face to face, sparks creativity, builds stronger teams, and helps us learn faster—especially for new joiners. From spontaneous brainstorms to shared lunches, being in the same space makes the magic happen.
Joining Insify means being part of a team that truly backs each other and the entrepreneurs we serve. If you’re ready to grow, innovate, and help reshape the insurance industry from the inside out—we’d love to meet you.
Operations Team
We’re the ones building trust with every interaction—whether it’s a sale, a support conversation, or handling a claim. We make sure prospects and customers feel supported, heard, and cared for. Speed and quality matter to us, and we track our progress closely so we can keep improving. Looking ahead, we’re preparing for medical underwriting in 2025—another step in making our service even stronger.

What you will be doing

  • Partner with the leadership team to identify and deliver end-to-end improvements, from First Notification of Loss (FNOL) through to claim payment and across the underwriting journey.
  • Assess current operations with a critical eye—challenge legacy practices, identify bottlenecks, and propose innovative, scalable solutions that deliver both customer value and internal efficiency.
  • Work closely with teams in the Netherlands, France, and Germany to optimise outcomes in claims, sales, customer support, and underwriting, tailored to local nuances and compliance environments.
  • Translate strategic opportunities into clear initiatives and roadmaps. Lead or support execution by collaborating with product managers, engineers, data analysts, and process owners.
  • Build feedback loops between Operations, Product, and Engineering, ensuring ideas turn into iterative, high-impact changes.
  • Partner with the data team to turn insights into action, ensuring decision-making is data-informed and outcome-focused.
  • Stay grounded in customer and employee pain points, but aligned with regulatory constraints and insurance best practices.

What you'll need

  • You’re currently a Strategy Consultant or working in a business operations or strategy role in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, and you’re ready to move beyond advice into execution.
  • 3+ years of experience in strategy, ops, or transformation—ideally within insurance, fintech, or a regulated sector.
  • Experience designing, scaling, and optimising complex operational processes, ideally involving customer-facing or regulated workflows.
  • Proven ability to create structure from ambiguity—you turn messy problems into actionable roadmaps and get teams aligned.
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator who can quickly earn trust across teams—from C-level to front-line operators.
  • Execution mindset: you’re hands-on, organised, and thrive in environments where you’re juggling multiple priorities.
