As our new face (and voice) of customer support, you're not just a "help desk agent." You're the entrepreneur's ally.

What you'll do

You'll be right at the heart of our operation. Every day, you'll talk to entrepreneurs who are passionate about what they do - but need a hand protecting their dream.

• Be the hero: Answer questions over chat, phone, and email. No scripts. Just real conversations.
• Help us build: Notice customers keep hitting the same wall? Flag it, and team up with our developers to fix the product.
• Onboarding: Guide new customers through the process so smoothly they're insured in under 2 minutes.
• Quality first: You're not chasing quick fixes -- you're after experiences that genuinely wow people.

Who you are

• Empathetic and sharp: You get the stress of running a business, and you know how to put someone at ease.
• A way with words: You write and speak flawless English. Another European language is a huge plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: You thrive in the organised chaos of a scale-up. If something isn't sorted yet, you sort it.
• Curious: You genuinely enjoy learning the ins and outs of business insurance (we promise to keep it interesting).

• Salary: Between €35,000 and €40,000 (including holiday pay), plus a 6% pension contribution.
