Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

We are seeking an experienced Product leader for our Card payments team. This role is critical to the success of BILL’s payment strategy and to our mission to make it simple for small businesses to connect and do business. The ideal candidate will have deep product knowledge both in Acquiring and Issuing of B2B card programs, demonstrated strong people management skills, and a track record of accelerated career progression.

You will own the P&L for business and customer outcomes for a portfolio of high-growth B2B card products, as well as a remit to ideate and launch new payment programs. You will set the vision for your product portfolio, in line with BILL’s overall product strategy, and define and execute against your roadmap to achieve your vision. You will be responsible for the coaching, scaling and management of a team of product managers and their squads. This role is fundamentally cross-functional and requires true partnership with design, engineering, marketing, operations, sales, risk, finance and compliance to succeed.

We’d love to chat if you have:

  • 10+ years of hands-on product management experience in the payments industry; Acquiring program management experience is a must
  • Demonstrable track record of product development lifecycle ownership: vision setting, ideation, research and test & learn, comprehensive requirement documentation, MVP, product launch, ongoing management
  • Sound people management skills, and a track record of building productive relationships with design, engineering and marketing partners. Ability to operate cross-functionally, leading and influencing colleagues, to problem solve
  • Extraordinary analytical, critical thinking and strategic problem-solving skills. Comfort with ambiguity and ability to cut through complexity to problem solve
  • Growth mindset, demonstrated success launching new card products
  • Good understanding of market trends in B2B payment; demonstrated thought leadership in this space (publications, speaking engagements, etc.)
  • Compelling written and verbal communication, strong story-telling skills to galvanize the organization and create buy-in with executive leadership

The estimated salary range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.

$212,200$265,200 USD
