Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

Join us as a Senior Manager in our AI infra team, where you'll play a pivotal role in crafting the future of fintech. Reporting directly to VP, you will lead a talented team with large growth opportunities, driving the deployment of AI models that are integral to a wide array of products and services. Our team is the powerhouse behind a diverse range of AI models — from sophisticated credit models and advanced document understanding to intelligent virtual assistants and groundbreaking new projects on the horizon. Your leadership will directly contribute to creating simpler, more efficient financial solutions, impacting about 1% of the U.S. GDP and saving our customers invaluable time and effort. With an exciting research roadmap ahead, focusing on the latest advancements in LLM and multimodal models, your work will not only push the boundaries of scaling these AI systems but also drive significant, tangible improvements in end-to-end latencies and LLM ops. We’d love to chat if you have:

  • Proven Leadership: Experience managing and inspiring a team of AI backend infra professionals, with a track record of delivering high-impact projects
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in designing scalable AI backend systems and automation for AI lifecycle management (AI/ML Ops). Experience with low latency systems, document understanding/generation, and virtual assistants is highly valued
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Insights into customer journeys and the influence of technical investments on them, with the capacity to influence product direction for immediate needs and long-term value. Ability to align technical initiatives with business goals
  • Business Acumen: Capable of making informed decisions that enable innovation and business value

Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed below. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits. Zone 2- CA (Non San Francisco Bay Area), Austin TX, Massachusetts
$190,900$238,700 USD
Zone 3 -Utah (includes Utah office), Houston TX (office), Florida, North Carolina
$180,300$225,400 USD
