Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company
As part of BILL's Accountant Growth Marketing team, this position is primarily focused on driving operational efficiency within our lead journey and developing multi-channel campaigns to generate pipeline. You will become an expert on our lead flow processes and work cross-functionally to drive operational improvements (ex: identify where leads ‘get stuck’ in the funnel, be a driver for change to optimize for quality, and work with operational teams to ensure systems are working as expected) . Optimizing our lead journey will be a very cross-functional aspect of your job, where you’ll primarily partner with sales, revenue operations, and marketing operations to drive change. You will also be developing successful multi-channel campaigns to generate pipeline.
We are looking for a creative, impact-driven growth marketer to join the team to help us acquire new customers. The right candidate is a strategic thinker who is excited to dig into our system to optimize the lead journey and drive quality leads for the sales funnel. By applying deep knowledge of our operations and marketing, this campaign manager will inspire a cross-functional team of contributors and stakeholders to create lead experiences that elevate the BILL brand through email, landing pages, direct mail, social ads, sales outreach, and more. We are looking for a metrics-driven marketer with a focus on generating pipeline for the BILL Sales teams.
- Develop and deploy multi-channel campaigns and ABM programs (1:Few, 1:Many); including crafting strategy, aligning internal teams, and project managing execution.
- Identify, analyze, and evaluate existing lead processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, revenue operations, and marketing operations to implement lead flow optimizations.
- Develop and deploy multi-channel campaigns to support our Trial funnel; including crafting strategy, aligning internal teams, and project managing execution.
- Website optimization (A/B test optimization) for full Accounting Firm experience (ie: pricing page, Accountant homepage, how people navigate)
- Oversee the development of demand generation assets (email, landing pages, direct mail, social ads, sales emails, etc.)
- Achieve campaign performance targets through A/B testing strategies and execution across all channels.
- Measure, analyze, and report overall campaign performance, pipeline and conversion rates.
- Provide recommendations around campaign optimization, improving lead quality, and maximizing ROI.
- Working cross-functionally to execute program logistics.
- Manage a variety of programs that grow and nurture our lead funnel.
- Working with your manager to determine budgets, goal setting, ROI metrics, and strategies.
- Establish and foster a partnership with the Sales and Marketing teams to align revenue generating strategies.
- Establish and demonstrate a clear understanding and ability to communicate BILL’s brand and product.

- 8+ years of experience in managing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns.
- Proficiency in thinking strategically and problem solving
- Strong project management, time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Strong collaborative spirit with a drive for change.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Eager to ‘dig into the data’ to find insights that will drive innovation.
- Analytical and quantitative skills; bias towards data-based decision making.
- Ability to multitask, balance, and juggle responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to assist others on different projects and campaign needs.
- Proactiveness to share key learnings and ideas on how to improve programs or processes.
- Deep knowledge and passion for how to optimize the lead journey.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (especially Marketo) is a must.
- Experience with CRM systems (especially Salesforce) is a must.
- Experience or background in marketing or revenue operations is a big plus.
- Experience with project management tools (especially Asana) is a plus.
- Experience with sales engagement platforms (especially Outreach) is a plus.
The estimated salary range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.
The estimated base salary range for this role is noted below for our office location in Draper, UT. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in BILL’s bonus and equity plan. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.
