The Go-To-Market (GTM) Operations team is the central nervous system of the GTM org, which includes Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services, Support, and Partnerships. This team is responsible for annual planning, process rationalization, insights, systems, and will partner closely with Finance, People (HR), GTM Strategy & Enablement, and Data Science along with the rest of the GTM Executive Leadership Team to support and accelerate end-to-end design, development, and execution our GTM motion.

This role reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and is part of the GTM Executive Leadership Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Overall ownership of a holistic GTM plan and motion, including operational insights and ultimately execution.

  • Create a clean, centralized, and standardized view of the end-to-end revenue funnel and associated KPIs enabling Ironclad to (1) set the right targets, (2) surface risks & opportunities around execution, and (3) identify efficiencies.

  • Enable cross-functional GTM collaboration by aligning plans and resources on a consistent cadence.

  • Partner with functional teams on feedback and insight of on the field execution.

  • Partner closely with our finance team to understand the impact on our annual plan, our long-range plan, and business performance overall.

  • Enable insights around our overall business performance including top-line growth, new paths to scale, and opportunities for efficiency, all grounded in understanding the core SaaS KPIs for our growing business.

  • Facilitate the operational elements of executing on the plan, including alignment of Sales & CS capacity and territories, marketing strategies, and pipeline.

  • Ensure the right systems & processes are in place to support evolving GTM strategies.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of related experience that includes VP level leadership at a $100M+ global business.

  • Proven track record of successfully orchestrating large scale transformation projects.

  • Experience and understanding of supporting and leading a global team.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).

  • Experience and understanding of the SaaS business model.

  • Possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills and be comfortable interacting with all levels, including Board Members and Executive Leadership.

  • Previous experience with Salesforce and scaling SaaS companies strongly preferred.

Base Salary Range: $275,000 - $300,000

The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate.
