Interested in being a key sales hire at a category-defining company, backed by some of the best investors in Silicon Valley? Ironclad is seeking our first Alliance Sales Director in EMEA with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency in a high-growth environment. The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong background in sales, business development, and partnership management.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies and practice building to meet revenue targets through partnerships.

  • Identify and establish new partnerships as well as establish strong relationships with existing partners to increase sales opportunities for Ironclad and profitable practices for our partners.

  • Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, implementation and product teams to create joint go-to-market plans and execute on them.

  • Provide support and training to partners on product and service offerings to ensure they are equipped to effectively sell to their customers.

  • Monitor partner performance and provide feedback to improve partner engagement and sales results.

  • Negotiate and manage partner contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and strategies.

  • Provide regular reporting on partner performance, sales metrics, and market trends to management.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.

Key Skills & Attributes:

  • 7-10 years successful channel business development experience.

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including presenting up to executive level audiences.

  • Experienced leader with proven skills in developing and building partner relationships and expanding product sales through partnerships.

  • Proven success in driving partner business growth through effective business planning and jointly developed demand-gen activities.

  • Maintain and manage a robust sales funnel, which ensures meeting or exceeding revenue expectations.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and channel development plan focused on growing and expanding partner base.

  • Highly skilled at attracting, training, coaching, motivating, and retaining a successful group of channel partners.

  • Ability to identify and prioritize opportunities and accurately forecast commitments.
