Ironclad, Inc. seeks Senior Software Engineer in San Francisco, CA:
Job Duties: Independently drive and deliver medium-to-large projects from conception
to deployment. Proactively collaborate with Product Management to define business
requirements, scope options, and ensure the work aligns with the department and
company goals. Architect and implement high-quality solutions for increasingly larger
projects. Write clean, well-tested code that follows best practices and leaves clear
extension points. Drive architecture reviews for multi-developer projects and lead design
changes to single systems. Serve as a technical expert in key systems, introducing new
paradigms and making existing systems better. Implement tooling and process changes
that increase the velocity and efficacy of the entire team. Proactively work with product
leadership to inform the product roadmap and align the entire team with goals. Provide
reliable estimates for medium-sized projects and build consensus across multiple teams
to ensure project success. Consistently onboard and mentor teammates. Increase the
velocity of teammates by unblocking them and sharing expertise. Contribute to building
a positive and inclusive environment, and participate in the interview and hiring process.
Proactively monitor for issues and bugs related to the team's work on an ongoing basis. Master the daily-use toolchain and proactively make improvements/upgrades. Create
new documentation and holistically refactor existing documentation. Part-time
telecommuting is an option. Hybrid work from Ironclad offices in San Francisco, CA.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in
Computer Science, Engineering (any field) or closely related quantitative discipline and
two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.
Special Skill Requirements: (1) TypeScript; (2) ReactJS; (3) Node; (4) Java; (5) Docker;
(6) Git; (7) Kubernetes; (8) .NET; (9) MongoDB; (10) C#; (11) C; and (12) HTML & CSS.
Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Part-
time telecommuting is an option. Hybrid work from Ironclad offices in San Francisco, CA.
Salary: $160,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year.
