We are looking for a Client Success associate/manager that has obsessive focus on driving eligible employees to use the product. As part of Client Success, you will find yourself at the heart of our mission, responsible for ensuring every stakeholder, and employee has heard about Jify and continuously advocate for the brand and mission

Role: customer success:

• Manage the implementation process, and deliver a timely launch with clients (corporates / employers)

• Sending out communication plans to our clients for distribution via email, social media and other digital media

• Actively take on process improvement projects to ensure effective client (employer) and customer (employee) on-boarding

• Proactively manage client relations and share valuable data insight to build client conviction in Jify

• Building a strong understanding of the customer cohorts at the clients sites

• Delivering demos at events/exhibitions/client offices/webinars to our clients and customers (Employees)

• Assisting with performance tracking and reporting for our clients • Escalating any issues/risks to management/ product teams

• Proactively re-solving client/customer concerns and feeding into product enhancements

• Support product teams to seek employee feedback from time to time

• Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems

• Responsible for running monthly reports for each client - looking at how we are hitting our goals, how satisfied our clients are, looking at retention rates of clients and spotting any potential risks to the business

Successful applicants:

• 2+ years in account / client management in a b2b business/ dept of a financial institution/fintech/Saas company

• You take initiative and like to go above and beyond

• You are a problem solver - Love to take ownership of problems and wont stop till you find a creative solution

• You are approachable and sociable person who works well in a team environment

• You are happy to learn - we know you might not have worked in the fintech world, but are happy to learn

• You have exceptional organisational skills and kill at prioritising work

• You love data and are well versed with excel

• You love being in fast-paced environments!

• (Desirable) You've got experience in a customer / sales support role at a bank/fintech/nbfc

• (Desirable) You've got a related degree in Business Commerce or Management

• (Desirable) You've got experience working in a start-up environment

• (Desirable) You put your hand up for the toughest challenges in the room
