We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager for customer lifecycle management to lead
and optimize customer engagement and retention strategies across the customer lifecycle. You will
design and execute data-driven solutions to improve acquisition, activation, retention, and lifetime value
(LTV). This role requires expertise in customer engagement tools, marketing automation, and analytics
to drive impactful results.
Role of Product manager / Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Engagement Strategy: Develop strategies to enhance acquisition, activation,
retention, and reduce churn.
• Platform Management: Manage and optimize tools like CleverTap, Gupshup, and other
marketing automation platforms.
• Customer Lifecycle: Design and optimize the customer journey from onboarding to re-
engagement.
• Retention Campaigns: Execute targeted campaigns (push, email, SMS, in-app messaging) to
boost retention.
• Data Analytics: Leverage data for segmentation, behavior tracking, A/B testing, and KPI
analysis (e.g., CAC, retention, engagement metrics).
• Product Development: Define and prioritize features for the product roadmap to improve
engagement and retention.
• Campaign Execution: Oversee the execution of customer engagement campaigns across
channels (e.g., push notifications, email, in-app messaging, social, etc.), ensuring they are
personalized, timely, and aligned with business objectives.
• Customer Feedback & Insights: Collect and analyze customer feedback to refine
engagement strategies. Ensure the voice of the customer is considered in product development
• Marketing Automation: Implement and manage workflows, ensuring seamless platform
integration.
• Performance Reporting: Track and report on key metrics, providing actionable insights for
improvement.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience: 2+ years in product management roles focused on customer engagement,
marketing automation, or CRM. Experience with tools like CleverTap, Gupshup, Intercom, or
Braze is a plus, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
• Data Analytics: Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, SQL, Excel/Sheets) and
deriving actionable insights.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of customer engagement tools and
CRM/analytics integration.
• Retention Expertise: Proven success in driving retention and engagement through
segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.
• Product Development: Experience managing the full product lifecycle, from ideation to
execution, particularly in building and optimizing customer engagement features.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to
communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to stakeholders
• Collaboration: Ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional teams involving marketing,
engineering, and design.
