Job Brief
We are looking for a hands-on Sales Training & Quality person to support sales & service team for both the platforms. This person will manage one or more quality Design sales training and call quality monitoring/feedback procedures
- Ability to build ground up organization level training modules
- Create key sales talking points and FAQs for each of the investment products
- Evaluate sales team performance to ensure incorporation of taught techniques and report on training program effectiveness
- Schedule individual and team training plans on a regular basis
- Evaluate strengths and weaknesses to identify training needs on an individual basis
- Listen in on sales incoming/outgoing calls along with call recordings to ensure excellent customer service, effective product presentation and adherence to set forth guidelines on dos and don'ts
- Regularly audit calls to measure quality and have one-on-one sessions with sales & service team to improve performance
- Train new hires on the importance of focusing on key talking points and best call practices
- Monitor operators' product knowledge, ability to handle objections and call closure
- Track performance of individual pitches to develop and recommend & rollout new and best practices
- Proven work experience of at least 5+ years as a Sales trainer supporting sales and/or customer service teams.
- Experience with financial products in a must (Experience with Investment products is a large plus)
- Extensive knowledge of learning principles and modern training techniques
- An ability to manage the full training & quality cycle
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.) & English Language
- Understanding of sales process, preferably with customer service experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and team management skills
- Additional certification in training is a plus
