Jiraaf is an alternative investment fintech platform that provides options to investors across yield and returns spectrum. Jiraaf provides multiple alternative investment products on a single platform. Investment opportunities that were available only to the ultra-rich are now available to all through Jiraaf.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience having worked in marketing operations or sales operations
  • Knowledge about the B2B and B2C marketing and sales funnel as well as hands-on experience working on developing and setting up process flows within CRM
  • Experience working with CRM, marketing automation, data visualization, and web tracking tools
  • Prior hands-on experience with data analytics and report generation is preferred
  • Strong quantitative data analysis and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing such as paid marketing, social media, search engine optimization, etc.,

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain process flows in CRM and marketing automation - handle all marketing, sales and service communications (Email, WhatsApp, and Push Notifications)
  • Design and optimize a reporting framework for collecting, managing, and cleaning relevant data for marketing
  • Build and maintain real-time dashboards and generate insights around marketing campaign performance (ex. analyze attribution, channel effectiveness, lead conversion rates, etc.,)
  • Facilitate data handoffs from marketing to the sales team and ensure data integrity and consistency across sources
  • Assist the Growth/Marketing Teams with weekly/quarterly/monthly business reporting, strategic planning, and ad hoc projects
  • Actively collaborate with cross-function teams to gather information / feedback for creating and / or improvising operations
