Role Overview:

We're seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in strategizing, executing, and optimizing high-performing paid marketing campaigns across digital channels, while also supporting marketing automation initiatives to drive measurable business outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing initiatives across paid digital channels — including search engine marketing (SEM), social media (Meta, LinkedIn), display, remarketing, and partnership campaigns
• Drive targeted communication through email, WhatsApp, and push notifications using marketing automation platforms like MoEngage, Salesforce, etc.
• Own and deliver against performance metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, etc.), regularly measuring and reporting performance of all campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Omniture, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools
• Leverage insights and analytics to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and implement data-driven campaign optimizations for better ROI
• Plan and execute A/B and multivariate testing to improve conversion rates and drive user engagement
• Work on audience segmentation and build targeted campaigns based on lifecycle stage, behavior, and demographics
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, content, and product teams to create and iterate on high-converting creatives, landing pages, and user flows
• Continuously optimize the user acquisition funnel, ensuring smooth experience from ad click to conversion
• Monitor budgets, allocate spend across platforms, and ensure efficient use of resources
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in performance marketing

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering
• 5+ years of proven experience in performance marketing and marketing automation platforms
• Deep understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads) and programmatic buying
• Highly analytical and data-driven with the ability to work under tight deadlines
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, UTM tracking, A/B testing tools, and conversion rate optimization techniques
• Solid understanding of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas) and attribution models
• Experience in creating, managing, and scaling paid campaigns with a strong focus on results
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (for understanding landing page behavior and tracking constraints)
• Experience using platforms like Salesforce, MoEngage, HubSpot, CleverTap for automation and campaign management
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
