KAYAK/momondo is looking for a data-driven and creative Push Engagement Manager to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our mobile push engagement strategy, delivering the right message to the right user at the right time. You will manage the execution of engagement programs designed to onboard new users, retain our users, and win back those who have drifted away.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a marketing professional with a few years of experience who is ready to take ownership of the push engagement channel and drive measurable growth and engagement.

This position requires you to commute to our Copenhagen office at least 3 times per week.

In this role, you will:

  • Own the end-to-end execution of push engagement programs, including Onboarding flows, Retention sequences, Winback campaigns, and Evergreen "always-on" sends.

  • Continuously A/B test copy, timing, and segmentation to improve open rates, click-through rates, and downstream conversion.

  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure seamless technical implementation and event tracking, and collaborate with Brand Marketing to ensure all communications resonate well across our regions and markets.

  • Monitor daily performance metrics and provide regular updates on user retention, channel health and campaign success.

Please apply if you have:

  • 2-4 years of experience in CRM, mobile marketing, or engagement marketing.

  • A solid understanding of mobile push notification best practices and platform-specific nuances (iOS vs. Android).

  • Experience diving into the data to understand user behavior and are comfortable using marketing automation tools (Experience with MoEngage is a plus).

  • A strong collaboration mentality and thrive in a cross-functional environment and can translate marketing needs into technical requirements for product teams.
