KGeN (Kratos Gamer Network) is building a multi-chain gamer network that aims to become the home of global gamer data, owned by gamers. At the heart of it is the revolutionary Proof of Gamer (P.O.G) Engine that allows gamers to build, own & monetise their reputation. This data framework allows game publishers to engage with precise gamer cohorts, engaging in deep value exchange through our product stack.

Role Overview:

As a Product Manager, you will oversee our digital content marketplace and gaming live operations, enhancing user experience, vendor integrations, and monetization strategies while ensuring seamless platform performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the product roadmap, focusing on UX and seamless vendor integrations.
  • Oversee platform operations, ensuring stability, live quest management, and game health.
  • Lead onboarding of digital content providers, optimizing API integrations.
  • Design in-platform events and promotions to boost player engagement.
  • Develop and refine monetization strategies, including in-platform purchases and subscriptions.
  • Utilize analytics tools (SQL, GA, Superset) to track KPIs and drive improvements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and customer support.
  • Engage with the player community, gathering feedback and fostering engagement.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of product management experience in tech, gaming, or digital marketplaces.
  • Strong technical understanding of APIs, system integrations, and backend workflows.
  • Experience in digital transactions, UX optimization, and reducing friction in purchases.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools for data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Experience with F2P/live service games and community engagement is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Product Management certification.
  • Experience with third-party integrations and digital content distribution.
  • Familiarity with gaming industry trends and best practices.
