About K Store

KGeN is building the world’s first decentralised e-commerce platform powered by micro-communities across the Global South. K Store will offer digital vouchers from leading global brands alongside physical products from KGeN’s own brands.

The ecommerce platform will be available to crypto-native users globally (excluding India), while users in India will be able to purchase both digital and physical goods via UPI.

Our K Store product currently drives ₹50–70 Cr in monthly B2B2C revenue, and scaling this decentralised commerce engine is a core strategic priority for 2026.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Product & Growth Manager who sits at the intersection of product strategy, growth execution, and stakeholder management. This role is ideal for someone who has built and scaled store/commerce products from scratch and understands how to drive growth at high transaction volumes.

You will own the end-to-end evolution of the K Store—from product discovery and roadmap to growth levers, partnerships, and revenue optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership

  • Own the K-Store product roadmap end-to-end, aligned with business and revenue goals
  • Design and optimize redemption flows, voucher lifecycle, pricing, and catalog strategy
  • Build seamless experiences across B2C (users) and B2B (brands, merchants, partners)
  • Build product lead GTM and growth systems leveraging the strong KGEN community across the global south.

Growth & Scale

  • Lead product-led growth initiatives to scale GMV, ARPU, and repeat usage
  • Optimize funnels across discovery → purchase → redemption → repeat
  • Work on high-volume systems handling large-scale transactions and redemptions
  • Identify new growth levers—partnerships, campaigns, bundles, loyalty, and cross-sell

Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with founders and tech leadership and tech project managers.
  • Coordinate with community leaders across the globe.
  • Translate business goals into clear product requirements and execution plans

What We’re Looking For (Must-Haves)

  • 3-5 years of experience in Product Management, with strong growth exposure
  • Proven experience building a store / marketplace / commerce product from scratch
  • Deep understanding of:
  • Online store products
  • Vouchers, coupons, gift cards, redemptions, payouts
  • B2B & B2C business models
  • Experience operating at large transaction volumes / high GMV environments
  • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using data to drive decisions
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to high-growth startups or scale-ups
  • Understanding of consumer behavior in India / Global South markets
