About the Role: We are looking for a relentless hunter to drive sales for our high-quality multimodal human datasets (text, audio, image/video) used in training and evaluating next-gen AI models. You will be the bridge between global AI researchers/tech firms and our data delivery capabilities. Over the next 1–2 months, this work will rapidly accelerate as we launch a focused new entity, giving you a front-row seat in shaping its future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and prospect frontier AI/ML Labs, AI-Native SaaS Application Builders, and Tech Enterprises
- Outbound Outreach: Own targeted outbound lead generation (Email, LinkedIn, X) to engage Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Product Heads, and C-level Executives.
- Consultative Selling: Understand client technical needs (e.g., "I need 10k hours of native Hindi audio"), scope PRDs, and draft tailored proposals.
- Pipeline Management: Qualify inbound/outbound leads efficiently and manage the entire sales cycle or hand off qualified meetings. Maintain CRM hygiene.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on AI trends (GenAI, Computer Vision, NLP) to speak the prospect's language.
- Delivery: Coordinate with internal Ops and Delivery teams to win pilots and close deals.
Requirements:
- BDM: 2-6 years in B2B Lead Generation or Inside Sales (SaaS/Tech/AI preferred).
- Basic understanding of AI concepts (Machine Learning, Training Data, Annotation, Evals, LLMs) is a huge plus.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and cold email tools (Apollo/Outreach).
- High resilience, self-discipline, and ability to work typically in US/EU time zones if required. Please note you will have the flexibility to manage your own calendar.
