Why You Should Join the Sales Operations Team

The sales operations team is critical to the overall performance of Klaviyo’s sales team and you will play an important role in ensuring success. You represent a blend of model-based thinking and operational execution, with extraordinary attention to detail, and are comfortable with complex analysis.

Our sales team is growing rapidly and you will be the sales team’s go-to resource for everything related to sales quota, capacity and headcount. You will partner closely with senior sales and sales ops leadership to build a bottoms-up capacity and headcount plan. You will build the foundational reporting infrastructure to track, measure, and diagnose risks and opportunities in our capacity and headcount plan. This person will report to the Director of Sales Strategy and Planning.

How You Will Make a Difference

  • Responsible for annual planning and execution as it relates to sales workforce and capacity, including: org structure, headcount planning and tracking, quota setting, productivity, and leadership plans and targets.
  • Ensure accurate reporting across the organization, including existing and future headcount, quota roll-ups, productivity, and performance against the capacity plan.
  • Analyze historical data to provide sales insights regarding performance, attrition and hiring.
  • Support weekly and monthly capacity and headcount reporting and forecasting for the sales organization, identifying significant changes and trends that will materially impact the company’s growth trajectory or ability to deliver on plan.
  • Partner with RevOps and BI to ensure sales reporting and analytics as it relates to capacity and headcount are aligned to the broader organization.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years experience in Sales Operations and/or an analytics role
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Excel, SQL, Tableau or other BI tool.
  • Prior experience leading or contributing to sales planning, including workforce design/planning, capacity modeling, and quota setting.
  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Excited, motivated, and inspired by exceeding goals
  • Experience working in high-growth, performance-focused environments
  • Are focused on the details, are a self-starter, and are relentless but professional
  • BA/BS Degree

The pay range for this role is listed below. Sales roles are also eligible for variable compensation and hourly non-exempt roles are eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law. This role is eligible for benefits, including: medical, dental and vision coverage, health savings accounts, flexible spending accounts, 401(k), flexible paid time off and company-paid holidays and a culture of learning that includes a learning allowance and access to a professional coaching service for all employees.

Base Pay Range For US Locations:
$96,000$144,000 USD
