As an Lead Enablement Manager, Methodology and Skills, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our Sales Methodology framework and skills programs for global Sales, Customer Success and Partnerships team members.

You will empower these GTM teams with the knowledge, skills, and resources to deliver a consistent framework for our sellers to craft effective value propositions and conversations that align with customer needs and challenges. You are passionate about sales methodologies and thrive on helping others succeed. In this highly dynamic position, you will be equal parts program manager, content developer, and business partner to the go-to-market senior leadership team. You’ll be part of the GTM Enablement Team, reporting directly to the Sr. Manager of Global Enablement Programs.

How you’ll make a difference:

  • Responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive enablement strategy, designing and delivering training programs, and providing ongoing support to ensure maximum adoption and effectiveness of our sales methodology
  • Develop and maintain methodology playbooks
  • Build content and training for critical activities in each stage of the Sales process
  • Provide consistent coaching, mentoring, and support to our field team members to reinforce the adoption and application of the methodology
  • Support role specific onboarding to train new hires on the methodology and skills to be effective with the messaging at each stage of the sales process
  • Develop an ongoing coaching program to reinforce selling techniques for front line managers
  • Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across our field team members and develop program roadmaps to address those needs
  • Define, measure, and communicate objectives and key results for the program
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights, feedback, and market intelligence that can inform and enhance the methodology framework and related enablement strategies

Who you are:

  • 6+ years building and leading end-to-end enablement programs for global Sales and Customer Success roles
  • Proven experience managing and fostering collaborative relationships with sales methodology vendors
  • Strong program management skills with demonstrated experience in driving projects from initial ideation through execution and maintenance phases
  • Proficient in stakeholder management to ensure transparency, fostering understanding of project progress, and delivering expected outcomes effectively
  • Demonstrates strong executive presence, exhibiting confidence, professionalism, and effective communication skills when interacting with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align enablement initiatives with broader organizational objectives
  • Experience designing and delivering large complex training programs that educate global sales and customer success teams on sales methodologies
  • Experience in establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives
  • Experience collaborating with marketing and product teams to create messaging and product positioning along with how we engage our customers at every stage of their lifecycle
  • Experience leading “train-the-trainer” programs for front line managers and enablement program managers
  • Ability to design and develop engaging and interactive training and content using a variety of adult learning modalities and methods
  • Consistent record of impacting revenue outcomes through enablement, based on documented success metrics

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in selling methods preferably those related to value selling, MEDDICC or MEDDPICC, consultative selling
  • Field experience in a quota carrying sales or success role in a SaaS Organization
  • Experience using authoring tools and content and learning management systems (ie: Articulate Rise/Storyline, Captivate, Adobe Premiere Pro, Camtasia and Seismic or Cornerstone)

The pay range for this role is listed below. Sales roles are also eligible for variable compensation and hourly non-exempt roles are eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law. This role is eligible for benefits, including: medical, dental and vision coverage, health savings accounts, flexible spending accounts, 401(k), flexible paid time off and company-paid holidays and a culture of learning that includes a learning allowance and access to a professional coaching service for all employees.

Base Pay Range For US Locations:
$124,000$186,000 USD
