Are you passionate about building ecosystems and turning partnerships into real, measurable growth?

As Senior Manager, Partner Marketing – Technology Alliances at Klaviyo, you will lead the strategy and execution of partner marketing initiatives that activate our technology ecosystem and drive meaningful business outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of ecosystem strategy, go-to-market execution, and team leadership, with ownership across multiple technology partner initiatives and flagship moments.

You will be responsible for setting the partner marketing strategy for technology alliances, leading a small team, and ensuring programs deliver measurable impact across demand generation, product adoption, and ecosystem growth. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across Partnerships, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Events, and Sales to align priorities and scale what works.

You’ll collaborate with a wide range of technology partners across the commerce ecosystem — including leading platforms and ISVs such as Shopify, WooCommerce, TikTok, Google, and others — to bring integrated solutions to market and create meaningful value for shared customers.

This is a high-impact leadership role for a marketer who can think strategically, operate cross-functionally, and coach others while still staying close enough to execution to ensure excellence.

How you'll make a difference:

  • Own the partner marketing strategy for technology alliances, translating company and Partnerships priorities into clear objectives, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes
  • Define success metrics and OKRs for partner marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with pipeline influence, adoption, and ecosystem growth goals
  • Lead cross-functional partner marketing initiatives that span multiple teams, partners, and regions
  • Oversee the design and execution of integrated co-marketing programs with ecommerce platforms and ISVs across campaigns, launches, content, events, and ecosystem programs
  • Own Klaviyo’s technology partner sponsorship and activation strategy for flagship initiatives including K:Boston, K:Sydney, K:London, and other global moments
  • Ensure programs are scalable, repeatable, and optimized based on performance data and partner feedback
  • Provide strategic direction while ensuring strong operational execution across timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Partner closely with senior stakeholders in Partnerships, Field Marketing, Events, Product Marketing, and Sales to align initiatives with broader GTM priorities
  • Act as a senior point of contact for key technology partners on marketing strategy, activation planning, and joint success measurement
  • Communicate clearly and consistently on roadmap progress, performance, risks, and opportunities to internal stakeholders
  • Manage and develop a team, setting clear expectations, goals, and development plans
  • Coach team members on partner strategy, program design, execution excellence, and stakeholder management
  • Delegate effectively while maintaining accountability for outcomes and quality of work
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture aligned with Klaviyo values
  • Establish and improve processes for planning, executing, and measuring partner marketing initiatives at scale
  • Use data and insights to drive decisions, prioritize investments, and continuously improve ROI
  • Champion partner and field feedback internally to evolve ecosystem marketing strategy and execution

Who you are:

  • 12+ years of experience in partner marketing, alliances marketing, ecosystem marketing, or B2B SaaS marketing
  • Proven experience designing and executing joint marketing programs with technology partners that drive measurable demand and adoption
  • Experience working closely with partnerships, sales, and cross-functional marketing teams in a multi-stakeholder environment
  • 2+ years of people leadership experience, including managing and developing direct reports
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce and SaaS ecosystems, including ISVs, platforms, and partner-led growth models
  • Comfortable operating at both strategic and executional levels, knowing when to zoom out and when to dive in
  • Highly collaborative and influential, with the ability to align senior stakeholders around shared goals
  • Data-driven and outcomes-focused, using performance insights to guide decisions and trade-offs
  • Clear, confident communicator with the ability to represent partner marketing strategy internally and externally
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, partners, and timelines in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel periodically for partner engagements, events, and flagship Klaviyo initiatives
