Core Mission:

We’re looking for a Senior Content Marketing Manager to own Komodor’s content strategy and execution end-to-end. This is a hands-on, senior individual contributor role with full responsibility for planning, creating, managing, and optimizing all company content.

You’ll work closely with subject matter experts across engineering, product, customer success, marketing, sales and leadership to translate complex technical concepts into compelling, high-impact content. You’ll also lead the implementation and ongoing use of AI tools to scale content production while maintaining quality and accuracy.

What You’ll Do?

Content Strategy & Creation

  • Own the content strategy across all formats, including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, case studies, website copy, email campaigns, byline articles, and ads
  • Write, edit, and optimize high-quality content for a technical B2B audience
  • Ensure content aligns with Komodor’s brand voice, messaging, and business goals
  • Translate complex technical topics into clear, engaging, and accurate content

Project Management & Ownership

  • Manage the full content lifecycle—from ideation and planning to production, review, and publication
  • Own the content calendar and prioritize initiatives across multiple stakeholders
  • Manage content contractors
  • Coordinate reviews and approvals with subject matter experts and internal teams
  • Ensure deadlines are met, and content projects are delivered on time and at a high standard

Collaboration with Subject Matter Experts

  • Partner closely with engineers, product managers, and product marketing experts to extract insights and expertise
  • Conduct interviews and working sessions to develop authoritative, credible content
  • Ensure technical accuracy without sacrificing clarity or readability

AI & Tooling

  • Implement, manage, and optimize AI tools to support content ideation, creation, editing, and distribution and for automating the content pipeline
  • Define best practices for using AI responsibly and effectively in a technical content environment
  • Stay up to date on emerging AI tools and content technologies

Optimization & Performance

  • Collaborate with SEO and demand generation efforts to maximize content impact
  • Track content performance and use insights to continuously improve strategy and execution
  • Repurpose and optimize content across channels and formats

Requirements

You are:

  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Proven experience creating content for a technical B2B audience (DevOps, engineering, cloud, or similar)
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills in fluent English
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to own multiple initiatives end-to-end
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools for content creation and management
  • Ability to work independently, take full ownership, and drive projects forward
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical subject matter experts

Nice to Have

  • Experience in DevOps, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, or developer tooling
  • SEO/GEO knowledge and experience working with organic growth strategies
  • Background in content operations or scaling content programs
