With your knowledge of their needs & objectives, you will be tasked with introducing them to Lightspeed’s suite of products and integrations to ensure they’re getting the best solution to help them achieve their goals.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for your customers;
  • Guide qualifying customers through their upgrade path from basic platforms to more advanced platforms;
  • Demonstrate software solutions to your customers, from core POS products to modules and upgrades;

  • Track key book of business metrics like added MRR and net retention;
  • Strong communication across departments that include sales, partnerships, product and support teams;
  • Take feedback from customers on product development;

And a little bit of…..

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the Lightspeed Products, integrations and partners;
  • Leading/supporting strategic retail & payment-focused projects;
  • Contributing as part of the wider team to achieve organisational objectives even if this means doing things that aren’t strictly within the scope of your role;
  • Building strong retailer advocacy, increasing retailer empathy and understanding throughout the company;

What you need to bring:

  • You will be stepping into a supportive and collaborative team who celebrate not only team but also individual success;
  • A background in the Retail or Payments sector would be ideal, but if you don’t have that we’ll settle for lots of passion and enthusiasm for the industry;
  • You are a people person, goal-oriented, and have a passion for building relationships;
  • Experience in a quota carrying sales role;
  • Understanding of solution-based consultative sales in a SaaS environment;
  • Ability to use and other technologies to manage and organize pipeline;
  • Confident demonstrating the value of tech solutions and driving informed return of investment discussions;
  • Entrepreneurial approach; you work smarter not harder;
  • Good time management with strong organisational skills;

What’s in it for you?
