If you’re keen to join, we’re looking for a Marketing Project Management Coordinator (Permanent Work from home) to join our team in Manila.

In this role, you will support the Marketing Leadership team with administrative tasks and special projects. You will also collaborate with global Project Management team members to plan and implement processes within the Go-To-Market organisation. As the Marketing Project Management Coordinator you will be developing your technical expertise in project management, operations processes, and marketing work streams, this includes project planning, task coordination, documentation, resource management.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop technical skills in project management, operations processes, and marketing work streams. This includes project planning, task coordination, documentation, and resource management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and interpersonal issues within projects and assigned tasks, ensuring smooth progress. Capability to facilitate conflict resolution and manage disputes among team members or stakeholders, finding mutually acceptable solutions that maintain project momentum and foster positive working relationships.
  • Facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Foster a collaborative team culture within the project group; work effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs, expectations, and requirements. Maintain open communication channels, solicit feedback, and address concerns to ensure stakeholder satisfaction and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain a strong desire for ongoing learning, gaining more expertise, and continuously improving knowledge in project management methodologies, marketing, and the Lightspeed Go-To-Market engine.
  • Navigate ambiguity with positivity and deliver expected project outcomes. Adapt to changing project requirements, unforeseen challenges, and evolving stakeholder needs, ensuring project success in dynamic environments.

Please note that working hours in this role will be EST/PST business hours most of the time, Monday-Friday.

What you need to bring:

We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:

  • Previous demonstrable experience in project coordination
  • Proven expertise in coordinating teams and clients
  • Demonstrated success in a corporate environment, working with all levels of management
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

Our hiring process is very straightforward. You’ll undergo a preliminary video screening and the whole process will be conducted at the comfort of your own home, through Zoom or Google Meet. No need to go through Manila's heavy traffic!
