We’re looking for a Manager, Revenue Operations & Enablement to join our team in Auckland. The Revenue Operations team is crucial to the success of our go-to-market strategies. As the Manager of Revenue Operations & Enablement in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, you will lead the regional Rev Ops function, collaboratively developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and drive profitable revenue growth. Additionally, you will lead a team that includes Performance and Enablement Managers and Revenue Operations Associates.

The ideal candidate for this role is able to foster strong, collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders across the organisation and can translate company goals into clear GTM strategies and initiatives for the region, developing comprehensive roadmaps to ensure success.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop the GTM strategy in collaboration with Senior Leadership in APAC, aligning it with the Global Revenue Operations strategy to achieve the region’s revenue and profitability goals. This includes initiatives for revenue generation, churn reduction, P&L efficiency, sales enablement, and process improvements.
  • Manage and direct the regional Performance and Enablement function, ensuring alignment with regional strategy requirements and collaborating to support the global performance and enablement strategy of Lightspeed.
  • Support Sales Leadership by driving the budget and forecasting process for the region.
  • Establish and develop key performance indicators and drivers, in collaboration with the wider Revenue Operations organisation, to help GTM teams identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation to achieve profitable growth in line with targets.
  • Build and lead an effective Regional Revenue Operations team that embodies Lightspeed values and serves as strategic partners to the GTM organisation.
  • Work with other regional Revenue Operations Managers to ensure global alignment across all business units.
  • Build strong relationships across the product organisation to connect the GTM strategy with product roadmaps.

And a little bit of…

  • Supporting ad hoc projects across the GTM organisation in order to drive revenue growth and operational efficiencies

What you need to bring:

We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:

  • Proven experience in leading and developing strong teams while fostering a collaborative culture in remote or hybrid work environments.
