We’re on the lookout for an Account Executive to join our dynamic Retail Sales team in Melbourne. In this Full Cycle Inbound role, you'll generate a robust pipeline by qualifying leads, booking meetings, and owning the sales process from initial outreach to demo and close. What you’ll be doing:

  • Drive a full-cycle sales conversation with our retailers, which includes:
    • Engaging with retailers from start to finish, including qualifying inbound leads to ensure they fit Lightspeed’s target market.
    • Connecting with potential prospects to effectively position Lightspeed as their go-to solution.
    • Conducting one-on-one, in-depth screen-sharing presentations/demos as needed.
    • Closing deals to allow you to achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly quotas
  • Manage a pipeline of multiple sales cycles from initial conversations to activation using Salesforce, forecast the sales pipeline for leadership, and ensure monthly KPIs are met.
  • Collaborate with management on pricing strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within Lightspeed’s CRM solution.
  • Process sales quotes and orders in an accurate manner
  • Provide valuable insights to management to help shape our strategies.

What you need to bring:

We're looking for a intermediate candidate who has experience with the following:

  • Previous experience in inbound B2B sales engaging with SMBs, ideally within the retail sector and a SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to forecast pipelines and track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
  • Demonstrated history of excelled performance in previous roles.
  • Professional confidence and poise when communicating with executives.
  • Dedication to fostering a culture of positivity and high performance.
