We’re looking for a Strategic Implementation Coordinator to join our Customer Implementation team in Ghent, Belgium. As the trusted coordinator, you will play a key role in orchestrating our strategic account implementations. Your mission is to ensure seamless collaboration between sales, customers, and operations teams, driving success and project efficiency.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Project Management: You'll be at the heart of our project management process, assigning new projects to our Customer Implementation consultants by following the internal procedures.
  • Gatekeeper Excellence: Act as the crucial link between Sales and Implementation, ensuring all assigned projects align with our premium packages. Assist the Sales team as soon as a key customer is identified, paving the way for successful deals.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all projects are documented, compliant with our POS features and integrations, and feasible within defined timelines before assignment.
  • Implementation Tracking: Keep track of key implementations and rollouts, providing clear visibility on their status. Support the consultants by identifying and resolving blockers.
  • Customer Journey Advocate: Represent Lightspeed and enhance our key customers’ journey. Set our strategic customers up for success by leveraging the social nature of the industry to promote our product and expand our customer base through exceptional service.
  • Innovation & Improvement: Take ownership of exciting projects focused on innovating and refining our internal processes. Ensure our team members enjoy a best-in-class experience and achieve outstanding success.

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry, a must-have for this role
  • Expertise in managing multiple implementation projects at different stages of the customer journey for high-end customers
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive in learning
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Dutch, English and French
  • Strong attention to detail, with an emphasis on the customer experience
  • Strong soft skills in communication, training, and management

Even better if you have, but not necessary:

  • Passion for technology
  • Technical or Hardware installation/support skills
  • Networking fundamental knowledge
  • Technical background and experience in POS, SaaS, networking and/or software.
