Hi there! Thanks for stopping by 👋

Are you actively looking for a new opportunity? Or just checking the market? Well… you might just be in the right place!

We’re looking for a Hospitality Partnerships Manager to join our Strategy & Partnerships teams in APAC. You will build and maintain relationships with a vast network of product integrations partners that compliment and power our hospitality point of sale products in the APAC region. Success in this role will allow you to directly contribute to residual revenue growth, net new business and churn reduction by enhancing Lightspeed’s product-market fit.

You'll get to manage the entire integration partner lifecycle, including discovery, qualification, contract negotiation, integration validation, documentation, launch and continued go-to-market activities. This role will allow you to collaborate with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders to determine and execute on our priorities, including the wider strategy, product, sales, legal, and finance teams at Lightspeed.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Be the primary point of contact for hospitality product integration partners who work with Lightspeed’s hospitality products globally and regionally in APAC
  • Work with internal and external commercial and legal teams on negotiations and agreements with hospitality integration partners
  • Work with the broader product partnerships team on improving processes and fine-tuning the global strategy to the specifics of the APAC market
  • Identify, sign, launch and manage new integrations for Lightspeed’s core hospitality products
  • Provide technical guidance to partners on Lightspeed’s APIs to partners during their integration build
  • Deliver feedback to product and technology teams to help improve and grow our API endpoints and partner tools, and influence product roadmaps
  • Validate integrations when partners have completed their build, confirming the usage of the API is appropriate and the functionality will meet our customers’ standards
  • Work with sales enablement teams to ensure awareness and understanding of new and existing partner integrations
  • Work closely with sales, product, customer and support teams to gather feedback from the market on existing and missing integrations
  • Work with marketing teams to identify and execute on opportunities for co-marketing initiatives with key partners
  • Act as main point of contact for inbound product partnership requests
  • Maintain high quality internal and external integration documentation
  • Leverage connections and relationships with key partners to identify industry trends and opportunities for Lightspeed

What you need to bring:

We're looking for an experienced candidate who has experience with the following:

  • 3-5 years working in partnerships or in a technical account manager capacity in the SaaS space, preference for point of sale, payments, or hospitality tech
  • Alternatively, you could come from a background in SaaS sales role with a huge passion for technology and a desire to expand your career.
  • Proven results working across legal, product, and commercial teams
  • Experience in a global SaaS environment, preference for fast-growth and global
  • Track record of being able to both set or shape strategy, as well as delivering executional plans that have measurable impact on the business.
  • Experience engaging at an executive level both internally with cross-functional groups and externally with partners
  • Technical aptitude with APIs and ability to provide guidance to partners on how to work with them
  • Exceptional written/verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of accountability, while also able to collaborate cross-functionally with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fluid, fast-paced, unpredictable environment
