- Help standardize application intake templates and onboarding expectations.
- Governance, Reporting & Change Enablement (10%)
- Maintain IAM governance documentation, standards, and exceptions.
- Support access certification campaigns, including planning, communications, and tracking.
- Produce reports on IAM adoption and control effectiveness, and support change enablement through communications and training.
What you’ll be bringing to the team:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g. CBAP, PMI-PBA, CISA, CISSP) are a plus.

- Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements into clear user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
Who you are:
- Data-driven mindset – comfortable using metrics, logs, and reports to understand issues, validate outcomes, and support decision-making.
