As an SDR, you are the engine of our growth. You’ll be the first point of contact for restaurants, bars, and hotels across the German market, educating prospects on how our cloud-based hospitality platform can transform their daily operations. What You’ll Be Doing

  • The Research: Identify and qualify potential clients within the German hospitality sector (from Michelin-star restaurants to local favorites).
  • The Outreach: Use your consultative phone skills to connect with decision-makers in the hospitality industry, overcome objections, and inspire them to see what’s possible with Lightspeed.
  • The CRM: Maintain clean and accurate data in Salesforce to ensure our sales pipeline is predictable and high-quality.
  • The Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives to transition leads and help close deals.
  • The Vibe: Bring positive energy and a "hunter" mindset to the office every single day.

About You

  • Language Skills: You are fluent in German and have a professional command of English.
  • The Drive: You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Phone Persona: You’re not afraid of "cold calling." You have a proven track record of meeting (or crushing) outbound activity targets.
  • Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with technology and can juggle multiple tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) without breaking a sweat.
  • Detail-Oriented: You have excellent follow-up skills and never let a lead fall through the cracks.
