Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned Customer Success Account Manager with a strong technical acumen to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, guiding them through the onboarding process, ensuring successful implementation, and managing contracts. Your role is pivotal in ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes and continue to derive value from our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a seamless and positive start to their journey with Locofy.ai. Customise onboarding plans according to customer needs and timelines.
  • Implementation Success: Work closely with customers to ensure successful integration and deployment of Locofy.ai’s solutions. Provide ongoing support and technical guidance to address any challenges and ensure optimal use of our platform.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and support needs. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within customer organisations.
  • Contract Management: Oversee contract renewals, negotiations, and amendments. Ensure that contracts align with customer needs and company goals.
  • Technical Support: Leverage your technical knowledge to troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and communicate complex technical concepts in an understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer within Locofy.ai, providing feedback to the product and development teams to improve our offerings based on customer needs.
  • Interest in Low-Code Tools: Demonstrate a genuine interest in low-code development tools and the value they bring to developers. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the low-code space.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a customer success, account management, or a similar role, preferably within a SaaS or tech company.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of technical concepts, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with low-code platforms is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Customer-Centric: A passion for customer success and a commitment to helping customers achieve their goals.
  • Remote Work: Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment, with excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Location: Must be based in Singapore.
