Job Description:

Movoto, a part of the Lower family, is seeking a high-performing Sales Executive to help accelerate the growth of our flagship Pro+ program for real estate teams. This is a quota-carrying role focused on selling a proven lead generation subscription product directly to real estate team leaders and brokers. You’ll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from pipeline building and discovery to closing and handoff—while driving both volume and value growth.

This role is ideal for a consultative seller who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment, understands how to sell into leadership mindsets, and is motivated by clear revenue and retention goals.

What you’ll do:

· Own the Full Sales Cycle

Lead discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing conversations with real estate team leaders and brokers.

· Prospecting Strategy & Execution

Collaborate with an offshore SDR to build and optimize outbound campaigns. Supply high-quality targets, messaging strategy, and tactical guidance to fuel top-of-funnel performance.

· Drive Revenue & Value Growth

Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets based on deals closed, AOV, and held demos. Focus on enrolling high-value teams and increasing order size.

· Demonstrate Product Expertise

Understand and articulate the value of Pro+—how high-intent leads, reporting tools, and strategic success support help teams scale transactions.

· Sales Process Adherence

Maintain accurate records, follow-up tasks, and pipeline progression in Salesforce. Use forecasting and activity tracking to manage toward quota and operational goals.

· Partner with CS & Retention Teams

As bandwidth permits, support key retention initiatives, including ITC outreach and save calls—strengthening the continuity between sales and success.

Who you are:

· 2–5 years of quota-carrying sales experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, proptech, or subscription-based lead services.

· Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to build trust and urgency with sales-oriented prospects.

· Highly organized and disciplined—able to manage time, pipeline, and systems with precision.

· Excellent communicator and storyteller with strong demo, objection handling, and closing capabilities.

· Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools; able to manage deals and forecasting with rigor.

· Self-starter with a bias toward action, experimentation, and results.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience selling into real estate teams or selling lead-based solutions (a strong plus).

· Experience collaborating with offshore teams or managing virtual SDRs
