Job Description:
The Manager of Originator Marketing is a senior marketing leadership role responsible for building, leading, and scaling marketing support for our mortgage loan originators. This role oversees the Originator Success Manager (OSM) team and owns the strategy, systems, and content that enables originators to grow their business through consistent, compliant, and effective marketing.
This leader will define proactive marketing campaigns, develop evergreen content and sales enablement assets, manage key marketing platforms, and serve as a strategic partner to both leadership and top-producing loan officers, including President’s Club-level originators.
Location: Austin, TX (may consider Columbus, OH)
Work Type: Hybrid (weekly in office expectations)
Pay Transparency: Lower reasonably expects to offer a salary range of $90,000–$110,000 for this role. Actual compensation will depend on an individual’s experience and alignment with the role.
What You’ll Do
Lead & Develop the Team
- Manage, coach, and develop the Originator Success Manager (OSM) team
- Set clear priorities, workflows, and success metrics for the team
- Ensure consistent, high-quality marketing support for originators across the organization
Own Originator Marketing Strategy
- Define and execute proactive, scalable marketing campaigns that support loan originator growth
- Build and maintain an evergreen marketing content library, including email campaigns, social content, presentations, and sales talking points
- Partner with leadership to align originator marketing initiatives with company goals, market conditions, and product priorities
Sales Enablement & Content Development
- Create and oversee originator-facing materials such as: market update content and talking points; sales presentations and pitch decks; and campaign templates for email, social, and events
- Ensure all content is compliant, on-brand, and easy for originators to deploy
Platform & Systems Ownership
- Own and manage Content.Lower.com, including governance, organization, and adoption
- Administer and optimize Salesforce.com marketing functionality, including Salesforce Flows, and Classic Email templates
- Partner with technology, compliance, and operations teams to ensure marketing systems support scalable, compliant outreach
Elite Originator Support
- Provide strategic marketing support to key originator segments, including President’s Club or top-producing loan officers
- Develop elevated marketing strategies and assets tailored to high-performing teams
Measure & Improve
- Track adoption, performance, and effectiveness of originator marketing initiatives
- Use insights and data to continuously refine campaigns, content, and team processes
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, sales enablement, or growth marketing.
- Strong experience within mortgage industry, highly preferred. Real estate or financial services may also be considered
- Proven experience leading and developing marketing teams
- Strong understanding of campaign strategy, content development, and sales enablement
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com, including administering Flows and Classic Email templates
- Experience managing marketing platforms, content systems, or digital asset libraries
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Strong communication skills and comfort partnering with senior leaders and sales teams
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
