The Role:

The Social Media Executive role will be responsible for supporting the Senior Social Media Manager with executing the social media strategy at Lyst, with a focus on TikTok.

The position sits within the Brand Marketing team and reports directly to the senior social media manager, but also works cross functionally with the Partnerships and Editorial teams.

The ideal candidate is a creative self-starter, with the ability to ideate and execute content opportunities that help grow brand awareness, maintain social engagement and support the business’ growth.

The right candidate will possess an almost-encyclopaedic fashion knowledge, be highly engaged with the industry and hungry to work across powerful brand moments at Lyst, from The Lyst Index report to editing on the ground during fashion month and beyond.

Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside senior social media manager to create and post daily stories, videos and posts, prioritising TikTok and Instagram
  • Utilise multimedia elements such as images, graphics and videos to enhance content effectiveness. This includes the ability to film, edit and post content with tools such as Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
  • Edit and proofread content in collaboration with our copywriting team
  • Liaise with core members of the business on cross-channel activations as well as report on post-campaign analytics
  • Optimise and create content based on organic analytics and opportunities
  • Advise and propose creative ideas based on incoming briefs
  • Be a Lyst brand guardian, ensure all of our content abides by our brand guidelines and tone of voice standards
  • Stay up to date with advances in social media trends and tools
