Job Summary:

The Senior Project Manager will be pivotal in managing Meragi's white-label catering initiatives, driving operational strategies, and bringing industry knowledge to enhance our competitive edge. This role requires strong project management experience in the catering or hospitality industry, a strategic mindset to rethink traditional models, and expertise to ensure every Meragi project meets high standards for quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. End-to-End White Label Project Management:
  • Lead and oversee all aspects of Meragi’s white-label catering projects, from initial planning to final delivery, ensuring projects align with the brand’s quality and service standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to manage timelines, resources, and budgets, guaranteeing seamless project execution.
  • Maintain a high standard of client satisfaction, ensuring each white-label event reflects Meragi’s reputation for excellence.
  1. Develop and Execute Disintermediating Strategies for the Catering Category:
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance Meragi’s catering services, focusing on removing intermediaries and optimizing supply chains.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pilot and implement new operational models, achieving greater efficiency, quality control, and profitability.
  • Continuously analyze and adapt processes to support scalable and innovative solutions that set Meragi apart in the market.
  1. Infuse Industry Knowledge and Best Practices into Meragi:
  • Bring in-depth knowledge of catering and hospitality industry standards, trends, and best practices, sharing insights with the Meragi team to elevate service and operational excellence.
  • Develop training programs, SOPs, and quality assurance measures, instilling best practices across all projects and ensuring consistent, high-quality service.
  • Act as a thought leader, advising on emerging technologies, sustainability initiatives, and customer service improvements to keep Meragi competitive and aligned with industry advancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
  • 10-12 years of project management experience in catering, hospitality, or a similar industry, with proven expertise in high-scale event execution.
  • Strong understanding of catering operations, supply chain management, and vendor relations.
  • Demonstrated success in driving operational efficiencies and implementing industry best practices.
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills, with a track record of successful project outcomes.
