What you'll do

• AI Solution Development
• Design and build machine learning models, with a focus on large language models (LLMs) like GPT, BERT, or open-source alternatives.
• Develop recommendation systems for venue suggestions, package customization, and other wedding services.
• Implement generative AI solutions for content creation, design suggestions, and customer engagement.
• Data Management and Preparation
• Work with raw, unstructured data from diverse sources to clean, preprocess, and structure it for AI/ML applications.
• Build and maintain pipelines for real-time and batch data processing.
• Model Deployment and Optimization
• Deploy AI models in production using cloud-based tools (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, etc.).
• Optimize model performance for accuracy, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Innovation and Collaboration
• Explore and integrate state-of-the-art AI/ML techniques to address business challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, operations) to understand requirements and deliver AI-powered features.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in AI/ML, with hands-on expertise in deploying models.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers.
• Experience with LLMs (fine-tuning and deploying models like GPT-3, GPT-4, Llama, or similar).
• Familiarity with recommendation systems, generative AI models, and NLP techniques.
• Knowledge of MLOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Cloud expertise (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex AI concepts into actionable insights.
• Ability to work independently in a startup environment.
