The Category Manager - Decor will lead market research and manage product categories, focusing on

material offerings, pricing, and innovative design solutions. This role requires a strategic and analytical

individual with a strong design sensibility.

Key Responsibilities:

● Conduct market research to understand industry trends, materials, and pricing.

● Develop and execute category and design strategies.

● Collaborate with suppliers and vendors for materials and pricing information.

● Maintain strong vendor relationships throughout the process.

● Present creative design concepts and detailed proposals.

● Stay updated on the latest wedding decor trends and innovations.

● Support cross-functional teams and assist in maintaining the business catalogue.

Requirements:

● Bachelor's or Diploma degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Textile Design, Event Design, Fine

Arts, or a related field preferred.

● Proven experience of 4-5 years as a Category Manager - Decor or similar role, preferably within

the wedding/event industry.

● Strong analytical skills and design sensibility.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

● Proficiency in design software and tools is a plus.

● Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
