As the Creative Lead, Wedding Design & Styling, you will lead a team of wedding designers and stylists at Meragi, driving inspiring, high-quality designs, exceptional customer service, and seamless execution in collaboration with the production team.

Key Responsibilities :

• High-Quality Creative Output: Oversee the team’s creative work, provide feedback, and maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
• Revenue Growth: Drive average order values by recommending the right themes, services, and products.
• Milestone Management: Ensure timelines are met as per the defined customer journey.
• Team Development: Mentor and groom the team to elevate service quality.
• Grievance handling: In case of any issues arising, guiding the team to handle client concerns and also getting involved directly in the same as needed.
• Designing for Premium Clients: You will personally lead a select number of high-value weddings each year, with dedicated support from your team.

What Your Team Does :

Wedding Stylists :

• Complimentary consultation for clients to inspire them to choose Meragi.
• Understanding the client’s vision and crafting an overall wedding theme (aesthetic direction).
• Creating the wedding style book which acts as a creative brief for all other specialists (including wedding designer).
• Personalized fashion styling and shopping assistance for the bride and groom.
• Assisting the couple with personal styling during their wedding events.

Wedding Designers :

• Creating complimentary proposals for clients to inspire them to choose Meragi.
• Design and curate décor for all wedding events based on the chosen theme, ensuring it complements the venue and aligns with the client’s budget.
• Define every design element, select appropriate materials, create a bill of materials. Collaborate with the production team to ensure feasibility and the procurement team for pricing and sourcing.
• Be present during wedding events to oversee production, ensuring seamless execution while the production team leads the implementation.

Preferred Skills & Experience :

• Strong aesthetic sense, with a clear creative vision and direction, complemented by strong business acumen.
• Good understanding of design methodologies, materials and production.
• Team management experience.
• Experience working directly with B2C clients is essential.
• Background in luxury brands/products/clients is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Interior Design, Set Design, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in set design, art direction, interior design or a similar role.
