Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and generate leads.

· Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including networking events, social media, and partnerships with industry professionals.

· Conduct sales presentations and consultations with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored wedding packages and services.

Client Relationship Management:

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the planning process.

· Foster relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Team Collaboration and Leadership:

· Provide guidance and support to the sales and event planning teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

· Share industry knowledge and sales techniques to enhance the team's performance and professional growth.

· Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of new team members as needed.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.

· Minimum of 2- 4 years of experience in sales, preferably within the wedding/event industry.

· Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, preferred.

· Flexibility to work timings, and holidays as required.
