Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Customer Experience Associate with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, a strong ability to communicate effectively, and a proactive approach to solving problems. You will play a critical role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products/services.
Job Description
  1. Customer interactions across the journey (pre booking, post booking & post event) to get feedback.
  2. Online reputation management.
  3. Identifying risks and opportunities in customer interactions.
  4. Working with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Skills required
  1. Absolutely crucial
  2. Great verbal communication and good written communication (English)
  3. High EQ - should be a good listener, have the ability to make customers feel heard & gain their trust, be able to gauge different personas.
  4. Cultural fit - Be able to work with on-ground teams and managers to identify and resolve issues for customers.
  5. Good to have
  6. Kannada & Telugu speaking is a bonus.
  7. Past experience in any kind of unstructured escalation management.
