Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Customer Experience Associate with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, a strong ability to communicate effectively, and a proactive approach to solving problems. You will play a critical role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products/services.
Job Description
- Customer interactions across the journey (pre booking, post booking & post event) to get feedback.
- Online reputation management.
- Identifying risks and opportunities in customer interactions.
- Working with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Skills required
- Absolutely crucial
- Great verbal communication and good written communication (English)
- High EQ - should be a good listener, have the ability to make customers feel heard & gain their trust, be able to gauge different personas.
- Cultural fit - Be able to work with on-ground teams and managers to identify and resolve issues for customers.
- Good to have
- Kannada & Telugu speaking is a bonus.
- Past experience in any kind of unstructured escalation management.
