Role Overview:

We are seeking a Vendor Manager – Wedding Photography to oversee the onboarding, coordination, and management of photography vendors for our wedding planning services. The ideal candidate will have experience in vendor relations, contract negotiations, and an understanding of the wedding photography industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Onboarding & Management:
Identify, evaluate, and onboard wedding photography vendors.
Maintain strong relationships with photographers and ensure they meet company standards.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements.
Coordination & Execution:
Match vendors with clients based on style preferences and budget.
Ensure timely communication between photographers and wedding clients.
Handle scheduling, logistics, and contingency planning for photography services.
Quality Control & Compliance:
Conduct periodic quality checks to ensure vendor adherence to agreed service levels.
Address and resolve any vendor-related issues to maintain client satisfaction.
Keep updated records of vendor portfolios, contracts, and performance metrics.
Market Research & Vendor Development:
Stay updated on the latest wedding photography trends and technologies.
Expand the vendor database by identifying and networking with new photographers.
Develop and implement strategies for vendor training and engagement.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in vendor management, wedding photography coordination, or a similar role.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of different photography styles and market trends.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple vendor relationships effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills with a client-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and vendor management software.
