About the Role: We seek a dynamic Catering Consultant to coordinate catering services, ensuring seamless collaboration between caterers, relationship managers, and clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills to deliver high-quality catering solutions for weddings and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with caterers, relationship managers, and clients to ensure smooth execution of catering services.
  • Understand client preferences and provide tailored catering solutions.
  • Maintain quality standards for food presentation, service, and hygiene.
  • Oversee catering logistics, including menu finalization and service arrangements.
  • Assist in negotiating vendor contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and service excellence.
  • Handle client inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution professionally.
  • Ensure timely procurement and delivery of catering supplies.
  • Monitor catering performance and suggest improvements for efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2 - 4 years experience in catering coordination, hospitality, or event management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and catering logistics.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
