Role: Design Lead

You will be the lead and creator of the cinematic experience we design for our clients. This is not just a design role—it’s a creative leadership opportunity where you will own the entire design journey, from concept to on-ground execution.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design experience, from conceptualizing themes to creating mood boards and executing them on-ground.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and requirements.

• Develop and present creative, unique, and personalized design concepts that align with client expectations.

• Create detailed design proposals including sketches, color palettes, decor references, and material samples.

• Conduct venue visits to assess the space, identify challenges, and ideate impactful design solutions.

• Stay updated with the latest trends in wedding décor, styling, and visual design.

• Maintain strong client relationships, seek feedback proactively, and make revisions accordingly.

• Lead and oversee a team during planning and execution, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

• Align design decisions with business goals and sales objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Textile Design, Fashion Design, Event Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred (not mandatory).

• Core sales experience is required—you should be confident in managing the entire sales cycle, from pitching creative ideas to driving closures.

• Minimum 2 years of team handling experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• A creative mindset with a strong eye for aesthetics and detail.

• Passionate about trends, innovation, and storytelling through design.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage clients and internal teams.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

• Freshers with strong creative skills are welcome to apply for internship-to-full-time conversion roles.
