Job scope

• Develop comprehensive project plans, coordinate and prioritize project tasks and deliverables across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Identify and resolve issues and risks that may impact project deadlines and objectives.
• Foster a collaborative environment among team members, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project objectives and deliverables.
• Collaborate with external partners and vendors as needed to ensure project success.
• Allocate resources effectively across projects based on priority and resource availability.
• Ensure that projects meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and best practices.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Proven experience in program or project management, with a successful track record
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies
• Strong work ethic and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Multilingual is a bonus
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle unexpected changes or challenges.
