As the Lead Event Execution, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of events from conception to completion. You will lead and inspire a team of event professionals, working closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure that every event meets and exceeds our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of event professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies across multiple cities to align with organizational goals.
  • Lead and manage city-level operations teams, ensuring seamless coordination and efficiency.
  • Monitor and optimize operational processes to enhance productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain performance metrics, ensuring all cities meet business objectives and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, supply chain, and customer service, to drive operational excellence.
  • Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and compliance checks to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Source and manage vendors, negotiate contracts and ensure deliverables are met.
  • Manage event staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and operational costs effectively.
  • Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, vendors, and local authorities to ensure smooth operations across all locations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 - 6 years of experience in operations management, with at least 2 - 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-location operations successfully.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in operational management software and data analytics tools.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business environments and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or service operations.
  • Knowledge of automation and digital transformation in operations.
  • Ability to mentor and develop a high-performing operations team.
