About the Role
As a Wedding Stylist Intern, you will work closely with senior stylists on research, coordination, client styling, and on-ground execution. This is a hands-on role where you will get exposure to wedding fashion, décor, colour theory, body type analysis, and overall aesthetic direction. The role also includes venue visits, client-facing interactions, and backend styling documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Assist senior stylists during couple interactions and accurately document styling preferences.
Support in creating moodboards, lookbooks, colour palettes, and styling reference boards.
Assist with outfit research, accessory curation, designer/brand shortlisting, and look finalisation.
Join senior stylists for shopping visits, trial sessions, fittings, and styling rehearsals.
Conduct colour analysis, body type analysis, and basic style assessments under guidance.
Visit venues (including weekends when required) to pitch styling concepts and support client walkthroughs.
Provide on-ground styling assistance on event days—final looks, outfit checks, draping support, coordination, etc.
Coordinate with internal teams for styling updates, deliverables, and client requirements.
Handle backend tasks such as documentation, maintaining styling trackers, organising data and references, and updating checklists.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Fashion Styling, Fashion Design, Visual Arts, Interior/Set Design, or related fields.
Basic understanding of fashion, silhouettes, colour theory, and aesthetics.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
Friendly, calm, organised, and confident in client-facing environments.
Comfortable working on weekends when required for venue visits or events.
Must be based in Bangalore and available for on-ground visits and styling sessions.
